SALES & REFUND POLICY

At Techno world, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes, a customer may need to return a product for various reasons. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have carefully crafted our Sales and Refund Policy. Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. For such cases, it is important to have a return policy which allows returning with a full refund.
Our return policy is as follows:

1. Returns for Sealed Pack Products:

Returns for sealed pack products are accepted within [X] days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return for a sealed pack product, customers must bring the product back to our office premises. Please note that once a sealed pack product is taken out of the office premises, it will be considered sold and cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Restocking and Processing Fee: 

In case a customer wishes to refund a sealed pack product, we will charge a restocking and processing fee.
The restocking and processing fee for sealed pack products may vary between 10-50% depending on the duration after which the customer wishes to refund. For example, if a customer wishes to return a sealed pack product within 7 days of purchase, the restocking and processing fee may be 10%. However, if a customer wishes to return a sealed pack product after 30 days of purchase, the restocking and processing fee may increase up to 50%.
